SimpleMPS Map Competition

Welcome to the SimpleMPS Map Competition

Your goal for this event is to modify SAS-MountainousPeaks or create a new map for SimpleMPS's "Search And Survival" (SAS) gamemode. This should be an expansive map designed for upwards of 30 players to play on. You need to place player starts in the map where you believe players should spawn. This event will run until the 14th of December where on the 15th I will live-stream the different maps and decide upon the winner. Below is a bit of information you need to know about SAS. Search and Survival (SAS) is a unique gamemode to SimpleMPS where your goal is to wonder about the map, find loot and build yourself a life where zombies, players and AI will wonder around as friendlies or non-friendlies. This is planned to eventually come with mechanics like modifications where you can barricade doors, build storage and modify certain characteristics of your weapons but as of current it will effectively be a large PvP map for players to verse each other on. This map should try to be as optimized as possible and i would recommend doing this by enabling streaming levels to all clients. This has to be built in Unreal Engine 5.3 No predefined loot drops need to be set but expect to put places where they can be found (storage cabinets, tables, etc). If you use any extra addons to make this work please link it in your submission. No branded products are allowed. If you put in old car wrecks they must be unbranded. How to submit: To submit you must leave photos of your design in a comment below with a link to a .zip file (preferably through onedrive) and any extra links to extra plugins/addons you used. If you cannot submit the photos in the comments below leave them in your onedrive folder with the link. After this your submission is counted What do you win:

If you are the winner of this prize you get $50 AUD and your map featured in SimpleMPS as the next map. If you make your own map please give it a name like "SAS-NameHere" as the map name. How to get your map file to a onedrive or load this one into Unreal Engine Simple drag the unzipped .umap (or similar name) into your content folder and refresh and it should be in whatever sub-folder you had it in from content.
